There are going to be plenty of different hidden secrets that you will be able to uncover. If you are not in class and you want to roam around the campus, you can do just that. It appears that casting spells is a very smooth mechanic is Hogwarts Legacy which is great news given you are going to have to do lots of it. Instead, some of the classes that you will be required to go to are Charms, Defense Against the Dark Arts, Herbology, and Potions. This makes it to where everyone’s character can represent them and there won’t be a default character that everyone has to choose. You may come across some familiar faces or names along the way, but remember the game takes place in the 1800s so there will be a lot of new faces, friends, and enemies that you aren’t used to hearing about. This means you become a student before those three legendary characters even have gotten the chance to step through Hogwarts’ doors. This is all happening well before Harry, Hermione, or Ron ever attended Hogwarts. Since Hogwarts Legacy takes place in the 1800s, it will not be set in J.K Rowling’s original set of stories.
